Fine not showing online
If your fine details are not showing online, it may be because the fine was issued within the last 72 hours. Please try again later today or tomorrow. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Pay online with our secure third-party direct bank transfer Account2Account. No fees apply.

Pay online in four instalments with Zip
Pay in 4 equal instalments over 6 weeks using Zip. No interest or fees.
Once you have entered your infringement details, select Zip as your payment method. Then you can create a Zip account if you don’t already have one, or log in to your existing Zip account. Payments are made with the credit or debit card added to your Zip account.
The first payment is processed immediately, and the remaining payments are made fortnightly at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after the first payment is made.

Pay in person
When you pay in person, please remember to take your infringement notice with you, as it has the payment barcode printed on it.
Vehicle, parking, transit lane and bus lane fines can be paid in person at:

- New Zealand Postshops anywhere in New Zealand.
Pay by post
Auckland Transport no longer accepts cheques.
