Query your infringement Query your infringement
Submit a request for our team to review your infringement, query your fine online, view details and photos, transfer liability and more.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of infringement review requests, so response times may be longer than normal. We are working hard to respond within 15 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Response letters are sent via email where an email address has been provided. Otherwise, the letter will be mailed.
To query your infringement notice, you must:
- be the registered owner
- use your legal name when submitting your query.
If you were the driver of the vehicle at the time of the offence but are not the registered owner, you'll need to transfer liability to yourself and provide a statutory declaration.
Infringement not showing online
If your infringement details are not showing online, it may be because the infringement was issued within the last 24 hours. Please try again later today or tomorrow. If the problem persists, please contact us.
View infringement details and photos
View infringement details and images online (if photos are available). When viewing images, click on the image to enlarge.
You will need to know your infringement notice number, and vehicle registration (licence plate number) if it is a vehicle infringement. After you have viewed the infringement details, you can choose to pay or query the infringement.
Note: We are currently experiencing difficulties uploading infringement images. Images, where available, will be posted online 5 to 10 days from the date of the offence.
Late submission of query
Late submission of a query is when there are less than 10 days before the final due date for payment.
If you are submitting a late query, please contact us to advise of the urgency required in dealing with your request.
