Use our pre-paid vouchers to take care of parking payments ahead of time.
Parking vouchers
Pre-paid parking vouchers allow you to pay for allocated parking time in advance. The vouchers can bought for a full day's parking or variety of durations, from 1-5 hours.
Pre-paid vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and aren't replaced or refunded if expired or due to expire shortly.

There is a minimum order of 25 vouchers for all public customers.
Prices
Prices are the same as the Monday to Friday casual hourly rate, view the rates for each carpark at the pages listed above.
Using parking vouchers
Redemption can only be done at the Automatic Payment Machines, not an exit barrier.
To redeem a voucher:
- Insert the parking ticket into the Automatic Payment Machine. The price for the time parked will be displayed on the screen.
- Insert the pre-paid voucher into the same slot.
- If the value of the pre-paid voucher is less than the value of the price for the time parked, additional payment will be required. Please make the payment required.
- Take the ticket and use at the exit barrier.
Please note: If the value of the voucher is more than the price of the parking, no refund will be given.
