Bus travel included in your race ticket
Bus travel in Auckland is included in your race ticket from the start of daily services until 3pm. Simply show your race bib or ticket to the bus driver when you board the bus.
Remember to keep your ticket or race bib for the journey home.

Charter bus service available before event
This is a chartered service available pre event and tickets must be pre-purchased through the event organiser's website. AT Hop cards cannot be used for payment.

No chartered transport services after event
There are no chartered transport services post-event. Instead, athletes can travel on all regular Auckland Transport (AT) train and bus services city-wide. Access to these services is INCLUDED in all athlete's entry fees, simply show your race bib to use any service in line with the AT public transport schedules (ferries are not included).

Train travel included in your race bib
Train travel in Auckland is included in your race bib from the start of daily services until 3pm. Simply show your race bib or ticket at the gate or to the train manager when you board the train.
Remember to keep your race bib or ticket for the journey home.

The Devonport Ferry Terminal is next to the start area on King Edward Parade, Devonport.

Standard fares apply
Standard fares apply for travel by ferry. You need an AT HOP card to travel by ferry. Visit our page for where to buy and top up a HOP card.
Ferry services for athletes and spectators
This is a chartered service and tickets must be pre-purchased through the event organiser's website. AT Hop cards cannot be used for payment.

Road closures and restrictions
There are additional parking restrictions and road closures in place for streets surrounding the event areas.
Delays are expected so avoid driving in the area and use public transport if you can.
