Auckland Transport is improving safe access to Homai Station for all users.
From early October, our contractor will be setting up a work site in Dalgety Drive Park & Ride and begin footpath upgrades and street lighting improvements. Both train and bus services will run as normal.
Footpath detours will be in place along McVilly Road, Browns Road and the Dalgety Drive Park & Ride. Parking spaces may be limited during this time.
From Thursday 17 October, Bus Stop 6105 – Homai Station, will temporarily be relocate 100m within Dalgety Drive Park & Ride/adjacent to Browns Road corner of the Park & Ride.
Bus service 365 will still run as normal.
Labour Weekend
From Saturday 26 October (Labour Day weekend) access to Homai Station will be from the pedestrian level crossings only. Existing stairs will close so a new access ramp can be built in the same location.
Please only cross the railway at the pedestrian crossings. Keep to the path and always stop, look and listen for trains.
Buses will replace all trains from late evening Friday 25 October to Monday 28 October 2026. For more information on timetables please visit our train line status webpage.
