If you are a current Waiheke Mooring Holder Society Member, you are eligible to apply for a parking permit to park at the Matiatia Mooring car park, Waiheke Island.

Up to two parking permits are available per Waiheke Mooring Holder Society member, proof of membership is required.

Each permit will be linked to a vehicle registration. If you are not the registered owner of the vehicle, you will need to provide written authorisation from the owner in order to use the permit.

Permits commence on 1 October each year and are valid for one year.

Permits cost $70 per vehicle.

How to apply

To apply for a Matiatia mooring car park permit you will need to have a MyAT account and pay with a credit or debit card.

Step one - Log in or create MyAT account

Log in to your MyAT account or create MyAT account.

If you use AT Park or have a registered AT HOP card, then you have a MyAT account. Log in using your email address and password.

Step two - Register for AT Park

You need to be registered for AT Park to be able to apply for and manage your permits.

Already registered with AT Park:

  1. When logged in to your MyAT account click on ‘Parking permits’ in the AT Park section.
  2. Click on button to continue to the parking permits application form.

Not registered with AT Park:

  1. When logged in to your MyAT account click on ‘Parking permits’ in the AT Park section.
  2. On the permits info page, click on the button to continue.
  3. Complete the AT Park registration form.
  4. The form includes entering your credit or debit card details. Payment will only be taken from your card when a permit is granted. We will email you before payment is taken from your card. 

Step three - Complete application form

  1. When in the permit system, click on 'The Matiatia Permit' from the left-hand menu.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select 'Matiatia mooring car park permit'.
  3. Complete the application form, including attaching proof of membership. 
  4. If applying for multiple vehicles, you need to complete an application for each vehicle.
